Khaliyat al Nahal (Honey Comb)

Khaliyat al Nahal , also known as Honey Comb Bread, is a soft and fluffy Middle Eastern Bread Made of small pillowy buns arranged in a honeycomb pattern. Each bun is traditionally filled with cheese or sweet filling custard or or dates but  I prefer cheese then brushed with egg wash and baked untill golden. So lets dive into this mouth watering delicious khaliyat al Nahal. To make khaliyat al Nahal we need, Ingrediants: For the dough 3 Cups All purpose flour or Plain flour 2tsp instant yeast 3 tbsb sugar (optional) 1/2 tsp salt  1/2 cup warm milk as you need if you need you add little bit when needing the dough 1/4 melted butter or ghee 1 egg 2tbsp plain yogurt For the filling you need  cream cheese ( kiri ) or  laughing cow cheese. Favourite street style chicken shawarma made easy at home! This juicy, flavourful shawarma wrap is perfect for weeknights or  gatherings.  so to start preparing for shawarma we need,   Ingredients: 500g chicken breast (thinly sliced) 2 tbsp yogurt 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp each: cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Flatbreads or wraps Garlic sauce, lettuce, cucumber, red onions Instructions: 1. Mix chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, and spices. Let marinate for at least 1 hour its taste even better if marinated for over night. 2. Grill or pan-fry until golden and fully cooked. 3.
